For those of you who are still wondering why pink hay bales are in Bleadon's fields it is because they are raising awareness for breast cancer.

Jeannie Everington, from Volac, said in the Echo, “Since many women work within agriculture, we wanted to raise awareness of breast cancer in the countryside and what better way to visualise it than with pink bales in the fields?”
