What will Bleadon look like in the near future

Posted on 13th August, 2017

Is Bleadon set to be the next Brean Tourist and Leisure Area?

  • Bleadon Parish Council Agenda for this Monday 14 August 2017 has been published including review items on future building sites in and around Bleadon:
    • To review/discuss the NSC Local Plan 2018-2036 - Bleadon Settlement Profile (Boundary review?)
    • To discuss the NSC Site Allocations Plan: Further Assessment of Residential Sites (developers/NSC view of where new building will be permitted).
    • To discuss Planning Consultancy (from whose main perspective, resident/business, local/regional/national?)
    • Are these public consultations? If so, how do residents review the information? What is the deadline?
    • BOB has written to BPC regarding this and other agenda items.
