Bleadon Road Sewer Works Completed

Posted on 17th May, 2015

Further to an earlier traffic calming request blog post highlighting an unwanted consequence to Bridge Road users of diverted traffic from roadworks on Bleadon Road. Local resident Charles Reeves has sent BOB information and photographs of the recently completed sewer works by Wessex Water on Bleadon Road so they could be shared for posterity.

The work was apparently needed to take the extra surface water from around the bottom of Coronation Road, and it will then flow into the pumping station holding tanks and then high pressure pumped to Wessex works down Accommodation Road
