Bleadon Defibrillator Installed

Posted on 15th April, 2015

AED CabinetThe following information has been sent to BOB by Ian Findlay, Parish Council Ranger

"The Defibrillator has been fitted and is up and running, the audible alarm on the box is not working so I will have to go back to the supplier for that, other than that it is now available for use. The emergency code is obtained by dialling 999 for instruction from Ambulance service, the door then unlocks and the AED is available, it is fully set up ready for use.

The AED has been sighted to comply with wheel chair access rules which is why it looks low there is a sign to go above it which is multi directional which is not up yet, the sign dictated to a certain degree where the box was located.

Details have been sent to the Ambulance Community Office Kim Davey for POWERHEART G5 AEDinclusion in the control rooms.

My thanks to Paul Williams KUBIX RNG for finding the time to install it prior to Saturdays market.

Ian Findlay"
