It would seem that Crossville have decided to run a bus service that fits in with their other commitments (in terms of service) other than the needs of the users.
We now have a double decker bus running through narrow village lanes, which has huge capacity for passengers upstairs, but little room downstairs. Most of the passengers using this service are elderly and cannot use the top deck of the bus. The double deckers therefore get very crowded at certain times and if the rear seats are used, ringing the bell to stop the bus means standing up and leaving the seat and walking half the length of the vehicle (not recommended for any person with disability issues)
