Bleadon Resident Robbed

A resident has asked that people be made aware that a vulnerable elderly person, who lives Bleadon, was robbed in a nasty way recently.

They bought a few items from a door-to-door seller, that came to £50. The resident then asked the young man to fill in the amount on a cheque, trusted what he wrote, and signed it. Apparently he put £150, not £50, and then cashed it at the bank.
