Local Incident

Posted on 17th June, 2015
The following is a message from a concerned parent wanting to inform local residents.
Around 11:30am today, Wednesday 17 June 2015, a child was walking alone up Celtic Way from the Queen's Arms when a black shiny jeep came slowly down the hill. It stopped approximately one and half feet away from them, the passenger wound down the window and took a photo of the child's face on his phone. The jeep then drove away. The passenger was around 40 years old, mixed race with short brown hair.

The police and the Bleadon Neighbour Watch coordinator have been informed so hopefully all adults with child responsibilities (parents, grandparents, carers, etc.) will be informed and take appropriate care.
